Project description
The new route alignment Divača-Koper, from preliminary design (2001), was conceived as a one-tier track with a possible later (long-term solution) left track upgrading. The axis of the left track was put in the axis of long service pipe tunnels (ie T1, T2 and T8) at a distance of ca 25 m from the base axis.
